• Built a BigQuery-based analytics database for POS transaction data using raw staging, partitioned raw transaction, clean view, and dashboard-ready materialized view layers.
• Developed production-used dashboards for 8 active outlets and 4 brands covering revenue, menu, transactions, basket size, payment methods, sales channels, branch performance, and weekly trends.
• Conducted deep-dive analysis on approximately IDR 16.02B revenue, 198k+ transactions, and 1.03M+ units sold, udentifying that 4 of 8 outlets contributed 84.5% of revenue.
• Indetified seasonal and operational patterns including a 35.4% Ramadhan revenue drop, 36.3% Lebaran revenue increase, and 47% higher weekend daily revenue.
• Delivered reommendations for building, upselling, cross-selling, staffing optimization, off-peak promotions, branch growth, and menu strategy.

• Built the production-used cinema admission dashboard for tracked admission, estimated admission, occupancy rate, showtimes, exhibitor performance, city performance, and cinema performance.
• Developed an end-to-end workflow by scraping CGV, XXI, and Cinepolis admission data, leading structured outputs into BigQuery, and connecting data sources to Looker (Google Data Studio).
• Migrated fragmanted Google Drive/Sheets workflow into BigQuery and designed warehouse structures including staging tables, fact/dimension tables, star schema, partitioned tables, and helper views.
• Automated BigQuery refresh and materialization using Google Apps Script and created SQL-based data quality checks for scraping issues, invalid record, inconsistent movie titles, and dashboard anomalies.
• Developed city/cinema performance indexes and a formula-based recommendation framework for special screening selection using occupancy rate, filled seats, showtime, accessibility, survival index, and film-specific demand.
